Elin is Programme Director at Purpose Disruptors and has over 20 years’ experience in the UK media and education sectors in marketing and digital product development.

She spent 17 years at Channel 5 and held a leading role developing their web, mobile and streaming on demand offering.

In her previous role at Pearson, a FTSE 100 company and market leading publisher of education material she was a member of a small, highly leveraged team responsible for the development of a product development protocol using lean and agile methodologies.

It won international awards for innovation culture and resulted in the publication of a book - The Lean Product Lifecycle: A playbook for making products people want. 

Since joining Purpose Disruptors, she has led the technical development of #ChangeTheBrief Alliance, is providing support on the development of a tool for Advertised Emissions and supports Purpose Disruptors in a programme management capacity.
