Our Advisory Board is collective of respected, influential leaders with a track record of driving change.

 

We announce the formation of a strategic Advisory Board. This group of distinguished and respected leaders and experts will provide strategic guidance to accelerate the impact of Purpose Disruptors’ work to catalyse the advertising industry’s climate transition, across the UK and globally.  

The new Advisory Board comprises a diverse group of senior leaders, experts and voices fully engaged in climate transition who bring a wealth of expertise and experience, including former CEO of Ogilvy, Hugh Baillie, CEO of AMV Group, Xavier Rees, Director of Client Strategy at ITV, Kate Waters, former Chief Sustainability Officer at Dentsu, Anna Lungley and former CEO of Mindshare, Marco Rimini, alongside voices representing Youth and Nature.

The board will help shape Purpose Disruptors' strategic direction and accelerate their impact over the coming years through strategic guidance and advocacy. They will play a critical role in embedding a new paradigm for the advertising industry – helping agencies and organisations reshape their advertising output, their client mix, and moving organisations towards adopting regenerative business models fit for the future.

Additionally, the board will support Purpose Disruptors in scaling and embedding their work across key areas such as building community, leadership and training, creative programmes and campaigns to redefine the role of advertising beyond fuelling consumption, alongside rolling out a holistic industry measurement framework – Advertised Emissions.
